The library is excellent at Queen's. The Students' Union are newly refurbished, so that is a plus point.

Encountering lecturers who are enthusiastic about their subject.

The range of facilities. The use of up-to-date technology.

Excellent variety of subjects and mix of both practical and theory work. This works very well and benefits both sides.

I have found the course to be intellectually stimulating; I am very frequently engaged enough with the modules taught that I will do independent study even if it is not required because it has been made to be so interesting by the lectures.

The opportunity to be creative in a structured environment.

Very interesting topics in second and third year. Good practical experience through workshops and opportunities to stage plays. Great lecture content and each week of study are always engaging and relevant to both our other studies, our practice and today's society.

Lecturers pay attention to individual needs and concerns. The course has been stimulating and I have been able to mould it to suit my vocational ambitions as a primary school teacher.

I have been able to build upon many key skills both on a technical and a personal level. I have primarily enjoyed m[y] time at QUB, and have found the course to be particularly flexible, allowing me to specialise in whatever way I chose.

Great to be part of such a highly esteemed university. The lecturers are enthusiastic, insightful and very helpful and I have met wonderful people.

The sense of community within the department. The organisation of extracurricular activities in the department.

The overall university experience is great - you meet new people, develop new abilities and it definitely gives you more confidence to use your gifts wherever you want to.

Wide range of subjects, interesting. Good to hear the lectures from experts, clearly they know what they are talking about; very engaging.

Lecturers are passionate when it comes to one's personal development.

I found I could approach lecturers with problems or simply for advice at any given time. Staff in the school were keen for the year group to get to know each other and have always supported and encouraged myself and my peers to go to these events and make the most of our student experiences. The resources in the school are excellent.

The course is good for those who want knowledge on Film Studies and also Film Practice. Staff are helpful when you make the effort to get in contact.

The theory side of the course was informative and interesting due to the staff who were very experienced in their field.

Lecturers are easy to contact and most are quick to respond. Being taught by people that are passionate about what they do helps me to get motivated.
